About the Creator of PartnerLessons
PartnerLessons is the work of a single artist, Daniel Bonnell, who holds a BFA in Fine Art (Atlanta College of Art, 1978) and an MFA in Painting Savannah College of Art and Design, 2012). His post graduate studies were under the renown photographer, Ansel Adams, as well as the renown designer, Milton Glaser,
Daniel Bonnell is also author of the book, ShadowLessons, a book about teaching art in the inner city to at-risk students and he is a contributing writer to ArtPulse Magazine, a contemporary magazine on art. His 13 years of teaching experience, and a working artist for 40 years, have led him to produce art lessons that have meaning, and wonder, that lead a student to healthy self-esteem while enjoying the paths of discovering art.
A sacred painter, his work is found in churches and cathedrals around the world within all denominations. Daniel Bonnell follows a Franciscan position of ethos that follows a kenosis position on life.
